However, for many many years now they have been working with some of the largest and most experienced brokers in the city. The leasing department at Pan-Am Equities deals directly with 15-30 brokers in the city and that's it. They won't deal directly with tenants. They won't deal directly with potential tenants under any circumstances. Current tenants, we have heard, are able to rent apartments for no-fee within the Pan-Am Equities portfolio, but finding out what apartments are actually available is not something Urban Sherpa, or its principles have been able to do even after years of trying.
