Description
Sky Management is a landlord affiliated with 3 other firms in Manhattan through family. Almost all of their properties are small walkup buildings in various locations. This is one of the first landlords in Manhattan to truly embrace the concept of renting directly to tenants and avoiding the use of brokers where possible. Their website is updated daily and keys to any of their buildings can be picked up from their office any time.
