Owned and operated by members of the same family as Bettina Equities, this Upper East Side developer and landlord has been in the business for nearly 30 years. Their portfolio consists mostly of small Upper East Side elevator buildings ranging from 10-40 rental units, however of the five buildings they own in downtown Manhattan two of them were privately developed and are over 100 units.
