What type of documentation do you need when you apply with Big Apple Management?

The following documentation is required FROM EACH PROSPECTIVE OCCUPANT AND FROM EACH PROSPECTIVE GUARANTOR in connection with applying for an apartment:

1.$75 application fee (CASH) per application (Note: each occupant and each guarantor is separate; i.e., one applicant and one guarantor = $150, 2 applicants + 2 guarantors = $300, etc.)

2.Letter from your current employer on company letterhead verifying your (1) term of employment, (2) position, (3) salary and (4) bonuses (if any)

3.2 recent pay stubs

4.Letter of reference from current landlord

5.1st 2 pages of 2007 Form 1040 and/or 2007 Form W-2

6.Recent bank statement

7.Photo identification
