The Brusco Group is the family name. Located on the Upper West Side this is one of the neighborhoods largest and oldest landlords. Brusco is both an owner and a manager of nearly all their buildings. The vast majority of their buildings are townhouse style buildings and small walk-up tenement buildings, almost every single one of which is located north of 59th Street and south of 110th Street. They also operate under a management company name of, West-Side Management Corp. as well as many other building-specific landlord LLC's. Often, they will not deal with tenant's directly.
