This owner is very meticulous about their application procedure so we strongly encourage you to double check with their leasing office when submitting an application. However the following is a list of their requirements for the average application: a letter of employment stating salary, length of employment and position, 3 recent pay stubs, most recent bank statement, a landlord reference letter stating length of current lease, and a copy of government issued ID (driver's license or passport), along with $50 cash (except for 555 East 78th which is $55 cash). They will work with guarantors and self-employed individuals but the paperwork for each is different and may vary depending on your preferences.
