Applications can be downloaded from CLS Management's website.  Tenants must complete the rental application, provide a copy of photo ID, copy of most recent pay stub, and submit any other financial documention beneficial to your application.  Guarantors must complete the guarantor information sheet fully, and complete the Guaranty of Lease form with the guarantor’s signature notarized.  Application Fees ($50/applicant) are to be made payable to The Downtown, LLC.  The application may be faxed to 212.343.8074 to start processing. The original along with the application fee should be mailed to 51 MacDougal Street, No. 261, NY, NY 10012

As the tentative tenant, you should have these things ready:
1) A completed rental application.
2) Provide a copy of photo ID.
3) Provide a copy of a recent pay stub.
4) You may submit any other information you feel would be beneficial to the application. For example, canceled rent checks from prior residence.
