Impact International is a manager of condo buildings mostly in Midtown Manhattan. They are the exclusive broker for all of the buildings they manage. The units they represent are usually individually owned condo units, so your landlord would be an individual, but the apartment would be in a condo building and therefore maintained by the buildings' management team. There will nearly almost be a broker fee with any of these units.
