Short term rentals are 1-4 months. Long term rentals are 5 months and longer. Short term rentals in some of the buildings only have hot plates, microwave ovens, mini fridges and coffee makers. Most of them have private baths. There are also less expensive rooms with shared baths. These are temporary sublets. The long term rental apartments are generally larger with full sized kitchens and always private baths.
