For the most part they will require you to fill out their application and provide the following documentation: a tax return, a letter of employment, a bank statement, and $50 for an application fee, per applicant. However, please consult the leasing representative for specifics. Lastly, while they will work with guarantors, tenants must have an annual income of 47 times the monthly rent and guarantors must have an annual income of 87 times the monthly rent to qualify.
