Monarch Management was a company created to manage the buildings of the Goldman Sachs real estate investment arm - Whitehall Partners. However, approximately 3 years ago their portfolio was mostly disbanded and sold off, but Monarch Management stayed in place managing a number of the assets the investment bank originally developed or rehabilitated. Today, Monarch manages four large luxury doorman buildings in Lower Manhattan.
