  • A HISTORY of the available apartment: the rent increase on the apartment from the previous year, how long the apartment was on the market the previous year, and what renovations if any were done.
  • A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE LANDLORD and their policies concerning everything from pets to moving in and moving out procedures to how long it takes a particular owner to review an application.
  • A list of QUALIFICATIONS that the potential tenant must meet.
  • A comprehensive list of all DOCUMENTATION needed for an application to be considered complete by the owner.
  • Market knowledge (we love this). By running regression analyses on all the apartments in our database, we can show you a comparison between a particular listing and the market on the whole.
